Group fitness Classes For All Fitness Levels

We like to keep things fresh at Buddha Fit – with new group fitness classes every 12 weeks!

Our 12 week blocks focuses on strength programs that are tailored to work in a progressive over load style with a focus on different muscle groups in order to maximize results.While you’re free to use the gym at your own pace during class times, our coaches will be there to guide, support and motivate you to get the most out of your workout. These classes are perfect for experienced lifters who are simply looking for a structured program to follow, OR for beginners who need to learn how to lift weights from scratch!
inferno bootcamp

Experience a HIIT workout like no other and push your body to the limits! Non-members are welcome to join the Buddha Fit family at our renown Inferno Bootcamp every Tuesday night and Saturday morning.

A non stop, body weight and cardio machine interval based workout. Every week you are surprised with a new routine using a combination of sleds, ropes, cardio machines and some body weight conditioning drills to help increase cardio strength, power and endurance. You’ll be fitter in no time!

buddha bells

The kettlebell is your friend this session but will also keep you on your toes! Kettlebells offer a unique style of training by using dynamic movements to not only strengthen and tone your body but improve your fitness, mobility and stability too. This class is designed to be different, push you out of your comfort zone and will have you feeling accomplished and ready for the week ahead!

POWER FIT

A full-body heavy weights driven cardio class with a strong emphasis around compound lifts under time, ensuring you not only get the best of lifting but a good cardio workout too. Perfect for those who don’t have time to follow a weekly structured strength program but still want the benefits of strength training.

Ferocity

Ferocity is a short, dynamic and explosive cardio interval class that forces you to move your whole body quickly – using cardio equipment and your own body weight. This class works your lower and upper body and incorporates strength moves to target every muscle. Get ready for a HIIT off!

upper body blaster
30 minutes is all you need for this intense upper body workout! Build lean muscle, improve technique and define your muscles. This workout will challenge your arms through super setting free weights which will create the ultimate burn.
Tabata Wednesdays

Get your heart rate up with this 30 minute non-stop, tabata workout. This session demands everything you have got in 20 second intervals. All you will need is a set of dumbells and your body weight, as the trainer challenges you through a carefully designed workout, maxing all 3 energy systems so you leave feeling maxed out. 

Leg blaster

Leg Blaster is designed to lift, shape, and strengthen the lower half; with an intense heavy weights routine. This class will not only challenge the muscles but the heart rate too, as you will be hitting multiple exercises back to back. You’ll be loving your legs in no time.

Get your heart rate up with this 30 minute non-stop, tabata workout that demands everything you’ve got in 20 second intervals. Using only dumbbells, the trainer challenges you through a carefully designed class, maxing-out all 3 energy systems and giving you a full body workout.

A complete high intensity circuit class using body weight moves and a wide variety of equipment from cardio machines, slam balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes and skipping ropes. This class will not only challenge your body but test your limits. Be ready to work and enjoy this sweat session! All levels welcome!

Booty Fit

Booty Fit is designed to target your lower half with intense weights, bands and body weight circuit. This class challenges the muscles and the heart rate too, as you hit multiple exercises back to back and all under time.

Punch, kick and smash your way through the week. This high-energy cardio experience is a fantastic session for those wanting to relieve some stress.

Test the limits with this 30 minute high intensity circuit class. It will not only get you fitter and faster but strengthen your stamina and improve flexibility and balance. No set format, each week is a surprise, you just got to be prepared to perform!

CARDIO ASSAULT

A Buddha Fit all time tabata favourite! This cardio sweat session is a combination of body weight boxing movements along with high and low plyometric body weight movements. Maxing 50 exercises in just under 30 minutes, this class will leave nothing in the tank!

Body Fit

This sweat session is all about functional and full-body movements rotating between each giving a max effort of either 30 or 45 seconds in a circuit style format. The workout incorporates free weights, sleds, ropes and sliders to throughly work your body. It’s the perfect cardiovascular workout.

Experience a HIIT workout like no other and push your body to the limits! Non-members are welcome to join the Buddha Fit family at our renown Inferno Bootcamp every Saturday morning. 1 weekly class for $20.

Personal Training

A great way to start your health and fitness journey, or for those looking for an extra commitment and push! No matter your fitness goals, experience or limitations, personal training at Buddha Fit will give you the knowledge, motivation, guidance and accountability you need.

Personal Training Options:
30 minutes at $60 per session
45 minutes at $85 per season

2 on 1 Options:
30 minutes at $40 each
45 minutes at $60 each

3 on 1 Options:
30 minutes at $25 each
45 minutes at $40 each

FITTER

Achieving your fitness goals and getting in shape becomes a reality with our Personal Training sessions. Our coaches will guide you through how to use the gym equipment and free weights to help you achieve your goals. Personal training is great for those wanting the extra commitment and push to keep them accountable.

HEALTHIER

Not only will you achieve your fitness goals but your health goals too. By regularly exercising you reduce your risk of several diseases and increase your energy, improve your sleep and overall well-being. You’re essentially creating a better lifestyle.
