It’s time to push yourself, reach new goals and get into the best shape of your life. Follow our guided meal plan, trust the process, put in the work and learn about health, nutrition and fitness.

Designed to challenge you both physically and mentally, you’ll push your body to the limit as you learn the necessary discipline to finally take control of your health and fitness. Competing against a group of supportive, like-minded individuals, our coaches will be there every step of the way to motivate, support and guide you through a flexible nutrition and exercise routine.

Our challenge is for you if you’re looking to: become stronger, fitter and more active; increase your energy levels, learn and understand the importance of nutrition, create a healthy relationship with food and your body and of course, lose weight and/or tone up your body.
